Hearing Tests:
The first step towards better hearing is a comprehensive hearing test. We offer hearing tests in Wallingford, CT. During your appointment, we will evaluate your hearing to determine the degree and type of hearing loss you may have.
Pediatric Hearing Tests:
We offer complete pediatric evaluations for children ages 1 year and older. Our pediatric evaluation includes immittance testing and distortion product otoacoustic emissions testing. Our hearing specialists have extensive experience helping children. In addition, we also work in conjunction with local pediatricians and pediatric ENT’s, to provide your child with the best care possible.
Real Ear Measurements:
At our hearing clinic, we will expertly fit and program your hearing aids to your individual hearing needs. Using real-ear measurement, we will fit your hearing aids to the exact size and shape of your ear. Once your hearing aids are fitted to your unique ear shape, we will then measure the sound pressure level to ensure you can hear your absolute best.
Clean, Checks, and Repairs:
We can perform regular maintenance checks on your hearing aids including cleaning the earpiece, replacing the tubing, filter, and hook as needed.

Hearing Test and Hearing Aid Evaluation (90 minutes)Diagnostic hearing test with a discussion of recommendations and amplification options. Hearing Test Only (45 minutes)Diagnostic hearing test to determine the type and degree of hearing loss. The test will include an otoscopic examination, pure tone air conduction and bone conduction, and word recognition testing. Other tests such as tympanometry or otoacoustic emissions may added if warranted. Hearing Aid Clean and Check (20 minutes)A maintenance appointment for your hearing aids - we will clean them, replace wax guards and domes as needed and we will check how they are functioning. Hearing Aid Problem (30 minutes)Are you having a problem with your hearing aid? During this appointment, we will troubleshoot your devices and determine if we can fix your hearing aid in the office or if it needs to be sent out to the manufacturer for repair. Virtual Hearing Screening (45 minutes)Virtual Hearing Screening (Headphones are required)The latest hearing aids offer advanced speech processing, wind reduction, and improved management of feedback.
